About

A consultancy built around delivery

Mallik Solutions is a software consultancy specialising in full-stack product engineering. We partner with founders and in-house teams to design, build and operate performant, accessible systems on modern web and cloud foundations — Next.js, TypeScript and cloud-native architecture.

Founded by Abhisek Mallik, we deliver for clients across every time zone. Every engagement ships tested, documented and maintainable code, with a handover that leaves your team owning what we build.

Why us

Why teams work with us

The things that turn out to matter after the contract is signed.

  • Senior engineers only

The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it. There is no handover to a junior team once the work is won.

  • Tested and documented as standard

Automated tests and written documentation are part of the deliverable, not a line item to be cut under pressure. That is what makes the second year affordable.

  • You own everything

Repository, infrastructure, domains and third-party accounts are in your name from day one. Leaving us costs you nothing beyond notice.

  • Fixed scope, fixed price

Where work can be specified, we quote it and hold the number. Where it genuinely cannot be, we say so rather than pad the estimate and hope.

  • Accessible and fast by requirement

WCAG 2.2 AA and Core Web Vitals are acceptance criteria, not a later phase. Retrofitting either costs several times what building with them does.

  • Talk to the engineer

No account manager sits between you and the work. You speak to the person who holds the context and can actually change something.

Process

How we work

Five stages. Each one ends in something you can review, so you are never asked to approve work you have not seen.

  1. Discovery and scoping

We map the requirements, the constraints and the systems already in place, then agree a scope and an estimate. If the project should not go ahead as described, this is where we say so.

  2. Architecture and design

Data model, system boundaries and interface design, reviewed with you before anyone writes production code. Decisions are recorded together with the reasoning behind them.

  3. Build in increments

Two-week increments, each ending in something you can use. Tests and CI run from the first commit, so "done" means deployed rather than working on a laptop.

  4. Launch and harden

Performance budgets, accessibility audit, security review and monitoring, all before release. We rehearse the rollback as carefully as the rollout.

  5. Handover and support

Documentation, a working session with your engineers, and every credential transferred to you. Continue on a retainer or take it in-house — both are a fine outcome.
